We provide refunds for failed transactions especially if the transaction fails on our end or in the case of non fulfilment.

For Refunds it takes up to 10-30 business days for a refund to be processed as we have to file this one from the providing supplier / manufacturer. The refund amount shall be credited directly to your prefer payment methods.

Policy Changes Effective January 7, 2021

Refunds are applicable on the cases of non-arrival or non-fulfillment of order due to multiple reasons. Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.
A full refund shall be returned to a customer 40 days after the last day of the arrival month if the order is still unfulfilled.
A full refund shall be returned should a manufacturer or a supplier cancelled during the pre-order period or if such an order shortage shall happened, however should there be another option from another supplier or should you avail from our other referred source or market with a different price, your pre-order / order shall still be valid.

We provide returns as long as the item is still sealed / not opened and still has the packaging seals or tapes on their product box, please allow us up to 14 days to provide a return / replacement except for GSC Products, Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchange for Bandai Products, Megahouse and Kotobukiya as there is still an on going quality issues from them at the factory level
